How long will the order take to arrive?

Usually, it takes 2–4 days to prepare your order after payment is completed. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number and real-time tracking information via email or SMS.


Note(may vary by country):
Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Air Freight:
5–9 business days

Sea Freight:
20–25 business days

Express Shipping:
3–7 business days


In most cases, your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, customs processing, or other external factors. 

If the delivery address is classified as a remote area, the transit time may be longer accordingly. ( To check whether your address is considered a remote area, please contact your local post office or courier company. )

Additionally, if your order contains special items, such as pre-order products or customized products, the estimated delivery time may be longer. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.


If your package has not arrived within the expected time, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the payment date so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

Please note:

1) If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, 2) or If your package contains missing or incorrect items, or other shipping issues. you must contact us within 3 days after the delivery date shown on the tracking page.


* We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or parcel lockers or Australia Post related address, this type of address will affect customs clearance, and you will need to select a residential address instead.

According to relevant laws and regulations, if the value of your package exceeds a certain threshold (which may be updated by customs authorities from time to time), customs duties may apply, and you will be responsible for paying them.

If the selected shipping method is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), you will not need to handle any customs duty payments.

Do you provide delivery to my house?

Hi, please not worry. Generally, we support delivery to the address you left on the order. However, the final delivery arrangement may depend on the courier service available in your area.

Before shipping, we will verify the delivery address you provided. If there is any issue with the address, we will notify you by email so that you can confirm or correct the information.


If possible, we recommend contacting the courier company directly to confirm the delivery details, as courier companies may update their delivery address policies from time to time.

If your order cannot be delivered, please contact the courier company for more information, or reach out to our customer service team for further assistance.

Where is my order shipped from?

We currently operate multiple warehouses around the world. Our team will ensure that your order is processed as quickly as possible. Whenever possible, your order will be shipped from the warehouse that is closest to your location and has the item in stock.

Please note: If your items are stored in different warehouses, your order may be shipped in multiple packages.

What if I received a wrong item?

Hi, thank you for shopping at Queen Store. We sincerely apologize if you have received the wrong item.

To assist you as quickly as possible, we recommend contacting our customer service team. We can provide return/proper solution for sure. In the meantime, we will report this issue to our warehouse team for further investigation.

Kindly note: When contacting customer service, kindly provide photos of the received product and the product SKU information. Also, please keep all original packaging so that we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Can I change or modify my order?

Before your order is shipped, you can change or modify it on the Order Details page. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be changed.


Order Status:

Unpaid orders: You can cancel and place a new order.

Paid but not shipped orders: If the order is still being prepared, you may attempt to make modifications.

Shipped orders: Cannot be changed.

Shipping Method: Currently, changing or upgrading the shipping method is not supported.

For privacy reasons, customer service cannot assist with order modifications.

Do you provide invoice?

Hi, certainly, we can provide invoice for you (invoices are only available after the order has been shipped). You can view and download it on the Order Details page, or contact our customer service with your order number so we can obtain the invoice for you.

Kindly note: No matter what form of invoice, we cannot guarantee that customer can use it as official customs clearance invoice. It's subject to the actual situation. What we provide can be regarded as shopping proof.
