How to Track My Order

If you would like to check the status of your order, please follow the steps below:

  1. Click Account in the upper right corner and select My Orders to view the latest order status.
  2. For shipped orders, click the Tracking Number to view the shipping progress.

Alternatively, you can use the tracking number provided in your order confirmation email to check the status on the shipping carrier's website. You may also click here to go directly to the Queen Logistics website to check the delivery progress (if applicable).

Please Note:

  • If tracking information has not appeared yet, the local courier may not have collected your parcel from the airport.
  • If the tracking status does not update for some time, please do not worry. During long-distance transportation, tracking updates may take time and will refresh when the parcel reaches the next transit point.

We hope your package arrives as soon as possible and brings you great satisfaction.


Tracking Shows Delivery Failed. What Should I Do?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Sometimes couriers may attempt to contact you to arrange delivery but are unable to reach you.

Please check your SMS messages or email to see whether the courier has sent a notification about the failed delivery. Follow the instructions in the message if available.

If you did not receive any notification, the issue may have been caused by an incorrect or incomplete address or an invalid phone number.

We recommend contacting the courier company directly to confirm the details and arrange a redelivery time.

My Package Was Rejected by Customs. What Should I Do?

We are very sorry for this situation. Could you please let us know what information customs has provided so far?

If possible, please contact our customer service team for further assistance.


Delivered But Not Received

If you have not received your package, please try the following steps before contacting customer service:

  1. Confirm that your shipping address is correct. Please log in to the Queen Store website and check the address listed on the My Orders page.
  2. If the address is correct, the package may have been placed in an unexpected location. Please check your mailbox or delivery area to see whether the courier left the parcel near your home, mailbox, garage, or front yard.
  3. Check whether someone else accepted the delivery on your behalf. Please ask family members, neighbors, building staff, or others living with you if they have received the package.
  4. Sometimes couriers attempt to contact you to arrange delivery but are unable to reach you. Please check your SMS messages or email to see whether the courier notified you about a failed delivery or arranged a second delivery attempt.
  5. Wait 48 hours. In rare cases, packages may be marked as delivered up to 48 hours before the actual delivery occurs.

If delivery failed or you are still unable to locate your package, the fastest solution is to contact the shipping carrier directly. Please have your tracking number ready when contacting them.

If you have tried all of the above steps and still cannot locate your package, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


Why is my order delayed?

We're sorry your order is taking longer than expected. Packages usually arrive within the estimated delivery time, but delays can happen due to factors like flight schedules, customs inspection, or weather conditions.

If your delivery is delayed – You can usually see a delay notification on the tracking page. Please rest assured that we are working hard to resolve any delays.

If there is no delay message and the tracking shows no abnormalities – We recommend waiting a few more days, as your package is still on the way.

If tracking shows a specific issue (e.g., failed delivery attempt, incorrect address) – Please contact the courier or our customer service team for assistance.
