Refund policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before the product is shipped or production begins. If the order is cancelled within this period, you will receive a full refund.
Please note that once the product has been shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled.
7-Day Return Policy
We offer a 7-day return policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition that you received it
- Be unworn or unused
- Include original tags and packaging
- Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Please do not send your items back to the manufacturer or any transit warehouse.

If your return request is approved, we will provide:

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. We strongly recommend recording the entire unboxing process as evidence.
If the item is:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
We also do not accept returns for:
- Hazardous materials
- Flammable liquids
- Gases

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to:
1. Request a return for your current item
2. Once the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement product
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
