Shipping policy


Our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you are. We deliver to tens of thousands of customers worldwide every day and are committed to providing the highest level of service.


Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately via email at store@qnship.com. If we encounter issues verifying your shipping address, your order may be delayed.


Once your order has been shipped, we cannot control delivery delays from carriers such as the United States Postal Service (USPS) or Australia Post (Auspost), and we are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend that you insure your package, or if you want to ensure secure delivery, you can choose a signature-required service. If you require these services, please email us directly and we will add them for you. Please note that these services incur higher fees than standard shipping.


We always require customers to provide correct and complete addresses. We are not responsible for reshipping packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses or undeliverable packages due to recipient unavailability. We provide a one-time shipping service only and are not obligated to cover additional reshipping fees. Orders will only be reshipped after shipping fees are paid, or you may choose to pick up your package from a nearby post office or courier holding station.


Usually, it takes 2–4 days to prepare your order after payment is completed. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you the tracking number and real-time tracking information via email or SMS.

Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

Air Shipping:
5–9 business days

Sea Shipping:
20–25 business days

Express Shipping:
3–7 business days


In most cases, your package will arrive within the estimated delivery time. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight schedules, weather conditions, customs processing, or other external factors. 

If the delivery address is classified as a remote area, the transit time may be longer accordingly. ( To check whether your address is considered a remote area, please contact your local post office or courier company. )

Additionally, if your order contains special items, such as pre-order products or customized products, the estimated delivery time may be longer. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery updates.


If your package has not arrived within the expected time, please contact our customer service within 30 days from the payment date so that we can assist in resolving the issue.

Please note:

1) If the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered but you have not received it, 2) or If your package contains missing or incorrect items, or other shipping issues. you must contact us within 3 days after the delivery date shown on the tracking page.


* We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or parcel lockers or Australia Post related address, this type of address will affect customs clearance, and you will need to select a residential address instead.

According to relevant laws and regulations, if the value of your package exceeds a certain threshold (which may be updated by customs authorities from time to time), customs duties may apply, and you will be responsible for paying them.

If the selected shipping method is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), you will not need to handle any customs duty payments.
